Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Stentoo AI mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email.
The Service
Stentoo AI is an iOS application that uses artificial intelligence to convert photographs into tattoo-ready stencils. The App provides tools to adjust, export, and share the generated stencils.
AI-generated outputs are provided "as-is". Quality, accuracy, and style may vary depending on the input image, selected parameters, and the underlying AI model. We do not guarantee that any generated stencil will be suitable for tattooing or any other specific purpose.
Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use the App (consistent with the App Store age rating). By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@stentoo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, free trials, or any other restriction.
Subscriptions & Credits
Stentoo AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed each time you generate a stencil. We currently offer the following plans:
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased credits do not expire.
We reserve the right to modify plan pricing or features with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be informed of material changes before their next renewal.
Billing & Refunds
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing or making an in-app purchase, you agree to Apple's payment terms. We do not store your payment information.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.
All sales are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. Credits consumed prior to cancellation are non-refundable.
Your Content
When you upload an image to generate a stencil, you grant Stentoo AI a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that image solely for the purpose of generating your stencil. We do not claim ownership of your images.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to the images you upload.
- Your images do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Your images do not contain unlawful, harmful, or explicit content.
Generated stencils are stored on our servers for 30 days, after which they are permanently deleted. Download and save your stencils before expiry.
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, code, prompts, and all original content are the exclusive property of Stentoo AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
You retain ownership of images you upload. The stencils generated from your images are provided for your personal or professional use. You may not resell, sublicence, or distribute the App's underlying technology.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Upload images depicting minors, explicit sexual content, or graphic violence.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's AI models or prompts.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
- Circumvent credit limits or security measures.
- Upload images of identifiable people without their consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.
Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stentoo AI and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the App's settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Stentoo AI is registered.
