Reading your chart
Your sun, moon and rising signs, houses and transits are calculated from the birth date, time and place you enter during onboarding. An exact birth time unlocks your ascendant and houses.
Subscription
Nova starts with a 7-day free trial, then renews at $7.99/week. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Restoring purchases
Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used at purchase.
Deleting your account
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app. All your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Frequently asked questions
I don't know my exact birth time — can I still use Nova?
Yes. Your sun, moon and core placements still work with just your birth date. Features that need an exact time — your ascendant and houses — will simply be skipped until you know it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions and select Nova to cancel. You keep access until the end of the billing period.
Is Nova's advice a substitute for professional advice?
No. Nova is provided for entertainment and personal-development purposes only — it is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. See our Terms of Service for details.
Can I change the app's language?
Yes — go to Settings → Language and pick from the available languages. Nova's responses will follow the language you choose.
Is my data stored securely?
Your profile and conversations are stored on Supabase with row-level security, so only you can access your own data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app isn't working as expected — what should I do?
Try force-quitting and reopening the app. If the issue persists, email us at hello@stentoo.com with a description of what happened, your iOS version, and device model.
